A Unix timestamp is the number of seconds since 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC (the epoch). This converter shows the live current timestamp in seconds and milliseconds, converts timestamps to human-readable dates (auto-detecting 10-digit seconds, 13-digit milliseconds and 16-digit microseconds), and converts any date back to both.
Each timestamp is shown with a relative time (like "3 hours ago"), the weekday, your local time, UTC and ISO 8601. Everything runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
