This converter turns a numeric euro amount into the standard English words used when writing cheques and legal documents, ending in EUROS AND xx CENTS ONLY. For example 1234.56 becomes "SAY EUROS ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR AND CENTS FIFTY-SIX ONLY". It supports amounts into the billions using the short-scale names thousand, million and billion, with two decimal places for cents.
